What methods of payment are accepted?

Payments can be made 3 ways: Check; Automatic ACH withdrawals; and Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express*

*All payments are absolutely free of charge except credit card payments. Each credit card payment incurs a third-party processing fee.

Can I switch to a different payment method?

Yes! Whether you are currently setup with ACH payments, coupons, or monthly statements, these options can be changed at anytime. Please either email customerservice@financebulldog.com or call (954) 316-3171 to request the new payment option. Changes will take effect immediately.

I forgot my password and the system has locked me out. What do I do?

Please email your request to customerservice@financebulldog.com and include your account information. Please note that it may take up to one business day for your account to be re-activated.

Can I add an additional policy to my existing account?

Yes! Have your agent email the new policy and any necessary information to customerservice@financebulldog.com with your existing account number and request. Agents can also login and add to the existing quote and request activation

How do I change my mailing address?

Call customer service at (954) 316-3171 or email customerservice@financebulldog.com with your account number and request. Your account will be updated immediately and all correspondence will be sent to the new address.

Can you send me additional payment coupons?

Yes! Simply call customer service at (954) 316-3171 or email customerservice@financebulldog.com with your account number and request. A new coupon booklet will be mailed out the following business day.

Is there a penalty for early payoff?

No! There is absolutely no penalty for paying off a loan early. All interest will be pro-rated. Contact customer service at (954) 316-3171 for more information about your payoff balance.

How can I make payments?

Payments can be made online through our website. Payments can be made over the phone with your bank account or credit card information. Payments can also be faxed to (954) 316-3156. Please send a copy of the check, the account number, and the insured's name. Payments can be made automatically each month from your checking or savings account by enrolling in automatic ACH withdrawals. Complete the ACH AUTHORIZATION FORM and fax it to (954) 316-3156 or email it to customerservice@financebulldog.com.
